Any results guarantee we advertise (such as our 90-day results guarantee) applies exactly as described on the relevant service page and in your written agreement — please refer to those for the specific terms that apply to your package.
Payment
Payment terms (amount, schedule, and any payment-split arrangement) are agreed with you in writing before work begins and set out in your quote or invoice. Where a monthly service is involved, continued access to that service depends on payment continuing as agreed.
Cancellations
You may cancel a booked strategy call or consultation at any time before it takes place, free of charge, by replying to your confirmation email or calling us. Cancellation terms for paid project or retainer work are set out in your individual written agreement, since these vary by the scope of work involved.
Website Ownership (Web Design Clients)
Once a web design project is paid for in full, you own the resulting website and its content outright, including the source code and hosting arrangement, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We don’t lock clients into ongoing hosting or platform fees to keep using a site we’ve built for them.
Limitation of Liability
We take reasonable care and skill in everything we deliver, but SEO and marketing results depend on many factors outside our direct control (search engine algorithm changes, market competition, and your own business decisions among them), so we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue outcomes beyond what’s explicitly stated in a written guarantee. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you’ve paid us for the specific service in question.
